What shirt brand do you print on?
All standard t-shirts are printed on Bella + Canvas brand tees, unless otherwise stated. Our shirts have are trendy with a slim fit, but they run big.
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XSmall – 2XLarge. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. These are unisex tees and run big. Women should order one size down from their regular size for a slimmer fit. Additional sizes and women’s cut tees are available upon request and potentially at additional cost.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use both screen printing and heat transfer processes.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:
- Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
- Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
- Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
- Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
What is the timeframe for your products?
All items are “made to order”. This does require enough time to guarantee quality products made specially for you. Production on all items typically takes 7-10 business (Monday-Friday and excluding holidays) days after order placement.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM EST or over the weekend will not be processed and prepared for production until the following business day. Delays can occur due to manufacturing, order volume and/or weather conditions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. At this time, international orders are not accepted but will available in the future. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 – 15 business days to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility. Please note, shipping time frames (do not include production time frame) for domestic purchases sent via Priority Mail range from 1-3 business days. Domestic purchases sent via First Class Mail ranges from 3-7 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart and press the “update total” button.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we do not ship to addresses outside the United States. You will receive an email once your order has shipped and the tracking information will be provided to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL however, My African Heart will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include incorrect sizing from what was ordered, faulty printing, tears/holes in item). Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.
If you received a defective item, we’ll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped. If an item is returned as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment.
Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address provided to us during order processing.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order.
